Our Story
420 Satori is an independently owned cannabis dispensary located on Blue Star Highway as you enter the charming, artist-driven community of Saugatuck/Douglas.
You won’t find us in a big warehouse. Our shop is a quaint building — formerly an antiques store — set on an acre of land on the west side of Blue Star Highway. It has the feel of an old farmhouse, and that’s by design: we want you to feel at home. In nice weather, our waiting area is a large front porch. As you enter, you are greeted by a member of our staff who, by state law, must check your ID — even though most of our staff will probably know you by name.
After check-in, one of our budtenders will meet you in the sales room and help you make the right selection. We are very proud of our staff, each of whom brings years of experience as a budtender. Your visit is never rushed — every customer is important to us, and our goal is to earn your return. Whether you are managing arthritis or sleep issues, hosting a celebration, or entertaining out-of-town guests, our budtenders aim to meet your needs and make your experience a positive one. If we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, our staff will look into ordering it and will offer you a discount when you come back for it.
We are not just selling “weed” — we are selling a positive experience designed to enhance your relationship with cannabis. You can grab any bottle of wine off the shelf from a cashier who only knows the difference between red and white, or you can visit a specialty wine shop and find the perfect bottle for your taste. The same is true of cannabis. We pride ourselves on our knowledge, our inventory, and — most recently — our own home-grown specialty brands that will send you into orbit.
